30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you try them and they’re not right for you, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The guarantee applies to both opened and unopened products.
You will need to provide your order number as proof of purchase.
You must return the original product bottle or packaging (even if opened or empty).
The guarantee is limited to one claim per product per household.
A household can make a maximum of two money-back claims per calendar year.
This yearly limit applies to all return claims, including both Money-Back Guarantee claims and regular returns
Refunds under this guarantee cover the product price only.
Shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you would like to return an item, please contact our support team first so we can assist you with the process.

Return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned with their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
If your order included bundle pricing, discounts, or free gifts, all items must be returned for a full refund.
If promotional or free items are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from your refund.

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s what to expect when it comes to shipping and delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Estimated delivery timelines are 3–5 working days for West Malaysia and 7–10 working days for East Malaysia. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect address information.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made on our part.
