This Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Nano Singapore MY Online Store.
You may request an order cancellation before it has been shipped from our warehouse.
To proceed, please email us at my.support@nanosingaporeshop.com with your order number.
If the cancellation request is received and confirmed before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend submitting your cancellation request within 3 hours of placing the order to ensure the goods have not been dispatched.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return Policy below.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Item Damaged Upon Receipt
All goods sold are non-refundable except for the cases listed above.
Only items purchased directly from Nano Singapore MY Online Store are eligible for return.
Products purchased through other retailers or platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) must follow their respective return policies.
Return requests must be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt (based on courier proof).
Buyer must provide proof of purchase (order invoice number).
Returned products must:
Be in new, unused condition.
Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received.
Be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Show no signs of tampering, modification, or misuse.
All return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer, unless the item delivered is incorrect or damaged due to our error.

Nano Singapore MY reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Once your return is approved:
Online Banking / FPX: Refunded to your bank account within 3–5 working days.
Credit / Debit Card: Refunded to your card-issued bank; processing time depends on your bank’s policies.
Please contact your card issuer for clarification on posting times.
We ship only to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are accurate and reachable.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
Any re-delivery request will incur additional shipping charges borne by the buyer.
To request a change of address, email us at my.support@nanosingaporeshop.com within 3 hours of placing your order.
Requests received after 24 hours may incur additional charges based on courier fees, borne by the buyer.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday). Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Once the order is picked up by our courier partner, a tracking number will be provided via email.
For digital products or services, confirmation will be sent electronically.
